Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and is non-refundable.
• Bookings must be made directly with Novotel Sydney Darling Square Reservations team on  +(61) 2 8217 4000 advising of the use of a gift voucher.
• Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The original gift voucher must be presented at Novotel Sydney Darling Square.
• The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
• No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Novotel Sydney Darling Square will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
• Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
